TOWN OF BILLERICA, MA REQUEST FOR SERVICES [RFS] OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES FOR: MASONIC HALL, TOWN HALL CHILLER & OTHER PROJECTS WITH CONSTRUCTION VALUE UNDER $2M In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sec. 44A½, and Chapter 193 of the Acts of 2004, the Public Construction Reform Law, the Town Manager, acting by and through the Town of Billerica [Awarding Authority] seeks qualified OPM firms and individuals to provide Owner’s Project Management [OPM] Services for the Masonic Hall, Town Hall Chiller and other Projects as directed by the Town under a $2M construction value. All applicants must submit documents in conformance with this RFS. The RFS documents are available from the Town Manager’s Office, 365 Boston Road [Town Hall], Room #207, Billerica, MA 01821. There will be no briefing held for this RFS procurement. Proposals shall be received by September 29, 2021 at 12:00 PM at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded.
