TOWN OF EAST HAVEN PUBLIC SCHOOL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BID # 20-17 Ferrara Elementary Portable Classroom Roof Replacement Sealed bids may be submitted to the office of the Finance Director, 250 Main St., East Haven, CT 06512 until 3/25/2021 at 11:00 AM when they will be opened privately due to COVID-19. The Bid tabulation sheet will be available for viewing on the Town website. The East Haven Board of Education seeks bids for the replacement of the fully adhered smooth surfaced synthetic Rubber/EPMD on plywood structural decks on three levels approximately 2,000 square feet. Bidder must provide at least a 20 year material and labor warranty, with inspections in years 2,5,10 and 15. Bids must be submitted in triplicate- one (1) original and two (2) copies. The Director of Finance reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive defects in same if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.
