TOWN OF GROVELAND INVITATION FOR BIDS 2023-1 Proposed Handicap Lift Renovation at Veasey Memorial Park The Town of Groveland invites sealed bids on a General Contract for the furnishing and installation of all labor and materials in connection with the new Proposed Handicap Lift Renovation at Veasey Memorial Park located at 201 Washington Street, Groveland, MA 01834 The scope of work includes removal of existing carpeting from VFW room and existing hall; removal of existing wood raised floors in VFW room and existing hall; install new lift in area shown and cut floors for new lift provide framing and install new shaft for lift. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. March 1, 2023 at the Office of the Town Administrator,183 Main Street, Groveland, MA, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, or treasurer’s or cashier’s check payable to The Town of Groveland is required in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid, in accordance with the bid documents DCAMM Certificate required.
