TOWN OF HAMDEN CONNECTICUT TOWN OF HAMDEN BID #2904 2021-2022 PORTABLE TOILET RENTAL The Town of Hamden is seeking competitive bids from qualified firms for the rental of portable toilets. Please follow the delivery instructions below. Specifications and the form of proposal on which bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Office, Hamden Government Center 2750 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, CT via USPS, UPS, FEDEX (please indicate to FEDEX to leave package at the North Haven FEDEX Center as an employee from the Town has been picking up FEDEX packages) or dropped off in the Finance Dept. Mailbox in front of the Government Center on or before due date. This Bid and Addenda’s may be downloaded at www.ctsource.gov or a PDF version may be obtained by e-mailing a request to purchasing@hamden.com. It is the responsibility of the vendor to check the website for such addenda prior to submission of any Bid or RFP. Failure to address any addenda relating to the bid of interest may disqualify submitted and or proposals. It is the sole responsibility of the responder to make sure the proposal is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening. Sealed proposals (one original, 1 copy, and one electronic copy) single-sided copies will be received at the Finance Office to be held in the Purchasing lock box until 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at which time they will be opened. The RFP shall be marked Bid 2021-2022 Portable Toilet Rental. The Town of Hamden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals; to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hamden.
