TOWN OF MILFORD, NH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – DEMOLITION SERVICES 127 ELM STREET BUILDING Town of Milford, NH RFP No. 2022-001 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED FIRMS. The Town of Milford, New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified building demolition contractors to demolish/raze the 30,000 sf. vacant building located at 127 Elm Street, Milford NH. Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of the building, foundations, slabs, as well as, the demolition and removal of site improvements. The Request for Proposal is posted on the Town’s website, www.milford.nh.gov. Hard copies are available upon request. Completed proposals must be received by the Town of Milford in writing by/prior to 4:00 p.m. on January 28, 2022. Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a scheduled site inspection on January 19, 2022, 10am, 127 Elm Street.
