Proposals are requested by the Town Manager for the replacement of exterior brick window sills and related repairs at the Shrewsbury High School, 64 Holden Street, Shrewsbury, MA. Specifications may be obtained at the DPW Public Facilities Division, 100 Maple Avenue, 2nd floor, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 during normal business hours.
The Project consists of the removal of existing brick window sills, repairs to cavity wall flashings and related materials, the installation of new precast concrete sills and the recaulking of window perimeters.
The Work is estimated to cost $126,000.
DCAMM Certification is not required.

Proposals shall be appropriately marked “Shrewsbury High School Window Sill Repairs”, and will be received in the DPW Public Facilities office, 100 Maple Avenue, 2nd floor Shrewsbury, MA 01545, until 11:00 AM, May 12, 2021.
A pre-bid walk-through will be held on April 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Shrewsbury High School, 64 Holden Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. Bidders are to meet at the loading dock on the playing field side of the building.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept any bid or part thereof deemed by it to be in the best interest of the Town.
