TOWN OF WELLFLEET Invitation for Bid (IFB) Media Services The Town of Wellfleet is seeking sealed bids for an entity or individual to undertake the complete management of the Town’s governmental cable station on a contract basis as specified in the IFB. The initial term shall be from November 5, 2021, to November 4, 2022, with a one-year option for renewal at the sole discretion of the Town from November 5, 2022 to November 4, 2023. Services for one time upgrading and re-designing the Town’s media system will be included in the first-year contract. Bid specifications and contract documents will be available beginning October 18, 2021 on the Town of Wellfleet website: Bid Invitations | Wellfleet MA (wellfleet-ma.gov), or by contacting the Assistant Town Administrator at: rebecca.slick@wellfleet-ma.gov Sealed bids, labeled “Town of Wellfleet Media Services” will be accepted at the Wellfleet Town Administrator’s Office, 300 Main St. Wellfleet, MA 02667 until Monday, November 1, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. at which time and place said bids will be opened and read publicly. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all offers if not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All bids for this service are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as amended. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price for the initial contract term who can provide the services as specified in the IFB. The Town of Wellfleet reserves the right to reject any bids that are not in the best interest of the Town and/or do not meet the specifications in the IFB. October 18, 2021
