TOWN OF WESTMINSTER INVITATION FOR BIDS The Town of Westminster is accepting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for Town Farm Road Watermain. Sealed bids clearly marked will be received by the Department of Public Works, 2 Oakmont Avenue, Westminster MA 01473 until Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read. This Contract includes the installation of approximately 2,800 linear feet of water main, including new water services to residences, and appurtenant work associated therewith.
