Sealed proposals will be received by:
Riverside Borough of Northumberland County, PA, at
PO Box 307, 415 Dewart St, Riverside, PA 17868 until 7:00 PM, on March 06, 2023, to be opened on March 06, 2023, at 7:30 PM Riverside Borough Municipal Building
for the following Contracts:
Seal Coat Contract:
Furnish and place approximately 2,045 SY Asphalt Prime Coat; 2,045 SY Asphalt Surface Treatment; 5,645 SY Asphalt Seal Coat and 2,045 SY Asphalt Fog Seal.
Pave Contract:
Furnish and place approximately 120 LF 15″ HDPE Pipe; 1 Set Grade Adjustment of Existing Manhole; 312 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course; 411 Ton of Asphalt Binder Course and 409 Ton 2A Subbase and 250 Gal Asphalt Joint and Crack Seal. Perform 1,600 SY Asphalt Milling and 30 CY Class 1 Excavation.
Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the Pave project.
Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders.
All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
