TRENTON HOUSING AUTHORITY 875 NEW WILLOW ST. TRENTON, N.J. 08638 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION FOR INDEFINITE QUANTITY GENERAL CONTRACTING SERVICES FOR THE NORTH TRENTON/BATTLE MONUMENT HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (HIP) IFB # PH01TH0322 Contractors are invited to submit their qualifications for Indefinite Quantity General Contracting Services for The North Trenton/Battle monument Home Improvement Program (HIP). An informational package containing requirements will be available for distribution on Monday, March 21, 2022 from the Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638. There is a non-refundable fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each package. Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders for a mailing fee of ten dollars ($10.00), plus actual postage. Documents can also be download free of charge from the Housing Authority website: www.tha-nj.org/procurement. Please call Mr. Kenneth Martin, Manager of Procurement and Contracts, at 609 278-5024 to request a copy of the informational package. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 c. 127, Affirmative Action Requirement.
