Purchasing Consortium Bid for
Lawn Care & BB Field Supplies
Notice is hereby given that bids submitted in sealed envelopes for “Lawn Care & BB Field Supplies” will be received and publicly read by Valley Stream Union Free School District Thirty (the “District”) located at 175 North Central Ave., Suite 100, Valley Stream, NY 11580, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, New York on Thursday, April 15, 2021 in the District’s Business Office Conference Room at 10:30 a.m.
Participating school districts shall include: Baldwin, Bellmore, Bellmore-Merrick, Bethpage, Carle Place, East Meadow, East Rockaway, East Williston, Elmont, Floral Park-Bellerose, Freeport, Garden City, Glen Cove, Great Neck, Herricks, Hewlett-Woodmere, Hicksville. Island Trees, Jericho, Lawrence, Levittown, Long Beach, Lynbrook, Manhasset, Massapequa, Merrick, Mineola, New Hyde Park-Garden City, North Bellmore, North Merrick, North Shore, Oceanside, Plainedge, Plainview-Old Bethpage, Port Washington, Rockville Centre, Seaford, Syosset, Uniondale, Valley Stream 13, Valley Stream 30, Valley Stream CHSD, Wantagh, Westbury.
All bids must be submitted to the Business Office on or before the date of the opening of sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid in the lower left-hand corner addressed to Mr. Christopher Malone, Director of Facilities & Operations.

Bid packets will be available for pick up at the District’s Business Office located at 175 North Central Avenue, Valley Stream, New York during normal business hours. Bid packets will also be available in PDF format on the District’s website www.valleystream30.com under “DISTRICT/BUSINESS OFFICE/BIDS.”
The Board of Education reserves the right to award all or part of this bid or to reject all bids or to make awards which are in the best interest of the school district.
