Washington State University, Facilities Services, is anticipating issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in July 2021, dependent upon State of Washington Funding, for the purposes of identifying Design-Build Teams for the Spokane Phase One Building Renovation project (Eastern Washington University Center (EWUC) Building No. 9012) in Spokane, WA. The preliminary project scope is to renovate the building to further develop instructional and office spaces that will provide cutting edge learning opportunities for students. Work within the building will include electrical and mechanical upgrades in addition to general building improvements. The estimated total budget for design and construction is anticipated to be between $10 “”“ 11.5M.
