BE IT KNOWN that on the 2ND day of February, 2023, the abovenamed
Plaintiff, by Robert F. Tweedle, Attorney at Law, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Lake Circuit / Superior Court, in the State of Indiana, the following: Complaint to Quiet Title, which seeks to Quiet Title in and to the Plaintiff to the following described real estate:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, GRUENBERG’S ADDITION TO TOLLESTON, IN THE CITY OF GARY, AS SHOWN IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 10, IN LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA.

Commonly known as: 1031 GARFIELD, GARY, IN 46404
BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that the Plaintiff has also filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Lake Circuit / Superior Court, in the State of Indiana, an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and the whereabouts of Sylvia Williams, Douglas Holok, Rent A Center, Caps, LLC, Midland Funding LLC, and any and all Unknown Parties Who Claim or May Claim an Interest in the Property, Defendants, upon diligent inquiry, are unknown and that the Defendants may not be residents of the State of Indiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BY THE ORDER OF SAID COURT, Sylvia Williams, Douglas
Holok, Rent A Center, Caps, LLC, Midland Funding LLC, and any and all Unknown Parties Who Claim or May Claim an Interest in the Property, the Defendants herein, are now notified of the filing and pendency of the above action against them, and are further informed that they must
respond within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published and, in case the Defendants fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against Defendants for the relief demanded in Plaintiff’s Complaint.
