The Town of Monson Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites bids for the construction of the partial roof replacement at the Bourne High School. Electronic Bids are due on or before 2:00PM, local time, March 3, 2021 for Filed Sub-Bids and on or before 2:00PM, March 12, 2021 for General Bids at Projectdog.com. The scope of work includes the roof replacement of the Quarry Hill Community School, including minor interior and exterior ADA upgrades. The General/Prime Contractor shall be DCAMM certified for Roofing & Flashing, and Filed Sub Bidders shall be DCAMM certified for their respective trades. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, SS44A-44J, as most recently amended, and all other applicable laws. Bids are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as required by MGL c. 149, SS 26 to 27H. The Town of Monson reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
