AS-NEEDED EARTHWORK REPAIR SERVICES Request for Proposals The State of New Hampshire, Department of Environmental Services, Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP) is requesting proposals for As-needed or Emergency Earthwork Repair Services for the Franklin Wastewater Treatment Facility and Sewer Collections System serving 10 communities in the Lakes Region. A copy of the Request for Proposals package can be picked up at the WRBP maintenance facility in Laconia or requested by contacting Tim Pelletier using the contact information below. The RFP and any addenda may be downloaded directly from the State’s purchasing website: https://apps.das.nh.gov/bidscontracts/. It is the responsibility of the proposing firm to check for addenda. Proposals must be received by 1pm on April 14, 2021 at the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program, Maintenance Facility, 202 Water St. Laconia, New Hampshire 03246 or faxed to the Attention of Tim Pelletier, Maintenance Supervisor at 603-528-6147, or e-mailed to timothy.p.pelletier@des.nh.gov. Respondent is responsible for confirming receipt of proposal.
