Program/Project Manager Consultant
The Othello School District No. 147 is soliciting a program/project management consultant for a facility construction plan beginning in the 2021-2022 school year. Consultants interested in providing services to the Othello School District for potential projects including but not limited to new construction, modernization, facility upgrades, or infrastructure maintenance are requested to submit all information required that is outlined in the Othello School District Program/Project Management Consultant 2022 Bond Program Packet. This packet can be obtained by contacting Greggory Fultz, Director of Maintenance and Capital Projects at gfultz@othelloschools.org or (509) 488-3741 ext. 1112.
Submittals must contain at least 5 printed copies and 1 digital of the requested information outlined in the packet and delivered to the following: Othello School District, Attn: Greggory Fultz, Director of Maintenance and Capital Projects, 1025 S 1st Ave. Othello WA., 99344. All submittals are due by December 17, 2021, at 4:30 pm.
All submittals will be kept on file. The district will evaluate the information provided by prospective firms under this announcement with the intent to match the capability of the firm””‘s qualifications with the size and scope of work. The district will contact selected firms for in-person presentations to be scheduled on January 4, 2022 . A recommendation will be made to the Board of Directors for an approval of the selected firm for the program/project management services at the January 10, 2022, Regular School Board Meeting.
