BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by: Limestone Township of Montour County, PA, at 324 Limestone Road, Milton PA 17847 until 7:00 PM, on May 04, 2021, to be opened on May 04 ,2021, at 7:30 PM at Limestone Township Municipal Building 324 Limestone Road, Milton, PA 17847 For the following Contract: Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 44,399 SY of Asphalt Fiber Reinforced Seal Coat. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
