Town of Sutton INVITATION TO BID Hough Road Sidewalks The Town of Sutton invites sealed bids under MGL c.30 §39M for the Hough Road Sidewalks, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by TEC, Inc. The Project shall consist of sidewalks construction, driveway reconstruction, HMA curbing, curb ramp construction, drainage modifications, and other related work. The work is estimated to cost $240,000.00. Sealed Bids shall be due to the Office of the Town Manager, 4 Uxbridge Road, Sutton, MA 01590 by 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 29, 2021 and publicly opened and read aloud in the Sutton Town Hall at 4 Uxbridge Road, Sutton, MA. Plans and Contract Documents will be available online at Town of Sutton website www.suttonma.org/bids, on or after Thursday, April 15, 2021. A non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. at the intersection of Whitins Road and Hough Road in Sutton, MA. Contractors shall be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) in the Pavement Surfacing category. Contractors shall be responsible for submitting a waiver with the Construction Prequalification Department if they intend to submit a bid over their single contract limit. April 19, 2021
