NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are being accepted by East Vincent Township, Chester County, 262 Ridge Road, Spring City, PA 19475 until 12:50 PM, April 29, 2021, to contract A CHIP SEAL SURFACE TREATMENT on various Township Roads. Bids must be on forms furnished by the Township. The forms are available at the Township Office Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for $50.00. A certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid payable to East Vincent Township must accompany all bids. The successful bidder must provide the Township with 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance Certificate. Bids will be accepted until Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 12:50 PM. Bids will be opened on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 1:00 PM at East Vincent Township, 262 Ridge Road, Spring City, PA 19475. Seal and mark envelopes “CHIP SEAL SURFACE TREATMENT BIDâ€?. It is expected that the Board will review and potentially award the bids at the Board of Supervisors Meeting on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 7:30 PM via Zoom Webinar, https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_emFIn4gaTK6ZxmYeOqppfw.
