ADVERTISEMENT: Separate sealed Bids for Arcola Planetarium for the Methacton School District shall be received by Tim Bricker, Director of Business Services, until 3:00 pm, prevailing local time, Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Bids shall be received at the Methacton School District Office, 1001 Kriebel Mill Road, Eagleville, PA 19403. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after specified closing time. It is intended to award multiple prime contracts for the work as follows: Contract No. 1General Construction Contract No. 2HVAC Construction Contract No. 3Electrical Construction Bidding Documents will be available Thursday, February 02, 2023 after 3:00 pm. Bidders are required to secure a complete set of Bidding Documents for all contracts. A complete set of Bidding Documents in .PDF electronic format may be secured only through the Share file link from the offices of KCBA Architects Inc, 8 East Broad street, Hatfield PA 19440. A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00), payable to the Architect, is required to obtain the documents. Email bids@kcba-architects.com to register as a prime bidder. The meeting will be held at the Arcola Intermediate School, 4001 Eagleville Rd., Eagleville, PA 19403 Project information is available at www.kcba-architects.com Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier’s good faith check payable to Methacton School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
