INVITATION FOR BIDDERS SIDEWALK & CURB INSTALLATION AND REPAIR TOWTAID PARK – LEICESTER, MA Town of Leicester is seeking sealed bids for Bituminous Concrete Sidewalks, Curbs, and Repairs to be used for construction at Towtaid Park, Leicester, MA. Invitation for Bidders (IFB) packages with specifications and a sample contract will be available on February 26, 2021 by contacting forsbergk@leicesterma.org. All bids must conform to the specifications of the bid specifications and be submitted on the proper forms to be considered a valid bid. Sealed bids entitled “Sidewalk & Curb Installation and Repair – Towtaid Park” will be accepted at the Town Administrator’s Office, at 3 Washburn Square, Leicester, MA 01524 until March 17, 2021, at 2:00 P.M., at which time they will be publicly opened in a virtual meting and read. The Town of Leicester reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, or to accept any bid even if the bid is not the lowest cost, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the municipality, to waive informalities deemed inconsequential and to make awards in a manner deemed to be in the town’s best interest.
