CENTRAL BUCKS SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Central Bucks School District at the Operations Center, 320 West Swamp Road, Doylestown, Pa, 18901, addressed to Thomas Hanna, Capital Projects Manager, until Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 2:00 PM SHARP (prevailing time) at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. CENTRAL BUCKS HIGH SCHOOL EAST DUGOUTS GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Bidding Documents will be available Monday, July 26, 2021, at 9:00 AM. Bidders must be register with the Consultant and Central Bucks School District prior to receiving Bidding Documents. Bidders must email the following two individuals: Mark Shrift at mshrift@jmt.com and Tom Hanna at thanna@cbsd.org to register. Bidders must indicate name of company, address, contact person and email address. Once registered, specifications and bid documents will be available by electronic download with a link provided by the Consultant. A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 10:00 AM at the Central Bucks High School East, 2804 Holicong Road, Doylestown, PA 18902. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL BIDDERS ATTEND THIS MEETING. Questions during the bidding process will be accepted until 3:00 PM, Thursday, August 12, 2021, and shall be emailed using RFI format (Request for Information) to the following two individuals: Mark Shrift at mshrift@jmt.com and Tom Hanna at thanna@cbsd.org. All parties must be emailed, or bidder will be disqualified. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents. The Central Bucks School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
