CITY OF LAWRENCE INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Lawrence’s Department of Public Works (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for the Stockton Park Renovation project in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Lawrence, TEC, CSI, and Groundwork Lawrence. Sealed Bids, marked SEALED BID- STOCKTON PARK RENOVATIONS, will be received until 1:00 on PM November 8, 2021 at the Lawrence City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room 2 / Basement Level, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The scope of work includes: Demolition of existing fountain, installation of granite curb, concrete sidewalk, landscaping, site amenities and site lighting. Bid documents can be downloaded at https://www.cityoflawrence. com/Bids.aspx on October 18, 2021. Questions regarding the construction plans must be submitted by November 2, 2021 to the City Purchasing Agent Jannelvy Martinez at JannelvyMartinez@cityoflawrence.com A non-mandatory site walk is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on October 28, 2021.
