City of Lawrence, Massachusetts 200 Common Street Lawrence, MA 01840 INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) LISA LN PUMP STATION SEWAGE GRINDER The City of Lawrence invites vendors interested in furnishing a sewage grinder with its drive and appurtenances for the Lisa Lane Pump Station, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifcations outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bidder shall submit one (1) copy of their bid in a sealed envelope and properly labeled as “LISA LN PUMP STATION SEWAGE GRINDER” Bids are due on or before 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at the Water and Sewer Department ­ 200 Common St., Room 204, Lawrence MA 01840. Late bids will not be considered. Bid forms and contract documents are available at City of Lawrence Water & Sewer Department – 200 Common Street, Room 204, Lawrence, MA 01840. Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained on or after August 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. electronically from the City’s website – https://www.cityofawrence.com/ Bids.aspx. Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to Milagros Puello, Water and Sewer Commissioner, before 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2021. Questions may be emailed to mpuello@cityofawrence.com. Written responses will be emailed to all bidders on record as having received the IFB package. A contract shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B, to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price.
