CITY OF LOWELL INVITATION FOR BIDS COMPRESSOR REPAIR SERVICES IFB NO.: 22-25 The City is seeking bids for labor and materials required to perform services for compressor repair projects at various locations, as directed by the Commissioner of Public Works, in strict accordance to the specification.
