At this time the Community Development Director position is vacant, prior to hiring a full-time staff member to fill the position the city is seeking consulting services to work with staff to improve existing deficiencies in reporting, and processes across all HUD entitlement funding programs. Existing Community Development staff would like to engage consultants to assist them in successfully managing, distributing and reporting on all HUD entitlement funds.
