City of Somersworth Request for Proposals Acquisition and Redevelopment of 1 Winter Street The City of Somersworth, New Hampshire is seeking proposals for the acquisition and redevelopment of property located at 1 Winter Street in Somersworth, NH. The City will be hosting a non-mandatory informational session regarding this request on November 23, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Somersworth. Proposal may be obtained by contacting Scott A. All Proposals must be submitted by December 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Somersworth City Hall.
