Documents will be available starting on 1/26/2022. There will be a prebid site visit February 2, 2022, at 10:30 AM (meet in School Lobby on Level 1) 55 Lake Ave North, Worcester, MA 01655. Sealed bids for the General Contract submitted on a form furnished by the Awarding Authority will be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on 2/16/2022. Bidders must be DCAMM Prime certified in Electrical Each general bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of total bid amount in the form of a bid bond or certified or treasurer’s or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly endorsed with the name and address of the bidder, project number, contract number and title. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A – 44J inclusive.
