INVITATION TO BIDSouth Windsor High School Façade Restoration Specifications for Bid No. 2021-014, SW High School Façade Restoration, may be obtained on the South Windsor Public Schools’ website, http://www.southwindsorschools.org under “Central Office,â€? “Business Services,â€? “Bids and RFPsâ€?.A mandatory pre-bid walk through will be conducted on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 1:30pm. Bidders should meet at the SWHS Annex/Wapping School parking lot, 91 Ayers Road, where attendees will be guided to the High School located adjacent to Wapping School/HS Annex. Attendees must adhere to COVID-19 Restrictions, please wear mask and plan on social distancing. Bids will not be accepted from any firm that does not attend.Sealed bids for Bid No. 2021-014, SW High School Façade Restoration are due on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 12:30 pm at the SW Schools Central Office, 1737 Main Street, SW. Room 100. Bids will be opened and read aloud via video conference; access to information will be provided to all bidders.The South Windsor Public Schools (SWPS) reserves the right to waive any informalities in Bids; to reject any or all bids; or to accept the one that in their judgement will be for the best interest of the South Windsor Public Schools.
