TOWN OF NEWINGTONREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALSRFP No. 3, 2020-21 The Town of Newington has issued a Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services for the Renovations to the Anna Reynolds Elementary School project. The RFQ, which will lead to an RFP, is available on the Town of Newington website, www.newingtonct.gov, under Doing Business, Bid Opportunities. Qualifications submittals shall be due in the Town Managerâs Office no later than 2:30 PM on April 22, 2021.
