Invitation to Bid: 2021-2022 Winter Equipment Hire for Snow Plowing & Snow Removal Sealed bids for various equipment hire for snow plowing and snow removal for the 2021-2022 winter season will be received by the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 41 Elm Street, Southbridge, MA until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders may submit bids on one or more pieces of equipment listed on the bid sheet.
The contract specifications and bid sheet may be obtained from the office of the Town Manager by calling 508-764-5405 or emailing ytortis@southbridgemass.org
Bid envelopes shall be clearly marked, “2021-2022 WINTER EQUIPMENT HIRE”. Bidders must submit a certificate of insurance, workers’ compensation and copy of the vehicle registration with their bid.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award in the best interest of the Town.
