Request for Proposals # 21/03 The City of Chicopee, Massachusetts herein referred to as the City, acting through the Chicopee assessors seeks proposals for technical assistance in the development and implementation of a revaluation work plan and five-year certification review, in accordance with Department of revenue quidelines. All proposals to be considered must be prepared in accordance with the requirements as specified in the R.F.P.
