LEGAL NOTICEANDINVITATION TO SUBMITREQUEST FOR PROPOSALS2021-04 – FULL PHYSICAL REAPPRAISAL AND REVALUATION SERVICESOCTOBER 1, 2021 GRAND LISTTOWN OF PORTLAND, CONNECTICUT Request for Proposals will be received by the Office of the Director of Finance, Room 204, Portland Town Hall, 33 East Main Street, Portland Connecticut 06480 until 11:00 a.m. EST on April 20, 2021 for the following: Professional services for the full physical reappraisal and revaluation of all taxable and exempt real property within the Corporate limits of the Town of Portland, Connecticut effective for the October 1, 2021 Grand List.Because of COVID-19 pandemic, bidders are responsible for sending the sealed bids either by United States Postal Service or commercial carrier so that they arrive by the deadline.The specifications for the Request for Proposals are available at Office of the Director of Finance by emailing trobinson@portlandct.org.
