INVITATION TO BIDMIDDLETOWN, CONNECTICUTSealed bids, addressed to, TSKP Studio, Director of Interiors, Jeannette O’Connell, 146 Wyllys St, Building 1-203, Hartford, CT 06106 will be received until Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM (EST) for the following: CUSTODIAL EQUIPMENT FOR BEMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL FKA WOODROW WILSON MIDDLE SCHOOLPHASE 3 of 4State Project No. 083-0116N A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount shall be required with all bids submitted. **Please note – Due to COVID 19, the following procedures applies: • Bid documents will not be available for pickup. Bid documents and all information will be available and can be downloaded for free on the City of Middletown web site: www.MiddletownCT.gov and the DAS website at https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard. • Bid submittals can be hand delivered or mailed by the date/time set forth in the bid document. All bid submittals; hand delivered or via mail shall be received on the designated forms sealed in an envelope using the return label provided. It is the responsibility of the bidder to plan accordingly that bids are received by the set date and time. Bids received “lateâ€? or faxed will not be considered.• Bids will not be publicly opened, however, bids will be opened and read aloud via Zoom. A Zoom invitation will be provided on the City of Middletown website and the DAS website for those interested in “joiningâ€? the bid opening.
