Invitation To Bid

The Town of Agawam invites sealed bids in accordance with Ch. 30 39M for furnishing materials and services as needed for the construction, repair and maintenance of sidewalks owned by the Town of Agawam . In general, this bid includes materials and services associated with the supply, performance and installation of concrete sidewalks. A full bid package will be avail. Wed. May 19, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the DPW, 1000 Suffield St., Agawam, MA 01001 or by email to Malbro@agawam.ma.us. Bids will be received until 2:30 P.M. on June 3, 2021. The term of this contract shall extend from day of contract execution through November 1, 2021. The City, at its sole discretion, may extend the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year term. All prospective bidders must be prequalified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation in the requisite category of work in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, “Prequalification of Bidders”. Only MassDOT Prequalified Contractors will be allowed to request Official Bid Documents
