INVITATION TO REBID The Putnam Housing Authority will receive sealed bids on or before 1:30 p.m. EST., Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the office of the Authority located at 123 Laconia Avenue, Putnam, CT 06260-1799 and said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately on a Zoom Meeting. Zoom Meeting information will be listed in an addendum.Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Repaving Project at the Bulger Apartments, Putnam, CT.Contract Documents including Plans and Specifications dated July 30, 2021, as prepared by J ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, 84 Market Square, Newington, CT 06111, will be on file at the Putnam Housing Authority. Contract Documents can be reviewed and purchased within the on-line plan room of Advanced Reprographics, Plainville, CT at advancedrepro.net or by calling (860) 410-1020.A pre-bid walk through will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Please meet at the Bulger Community Center at 218 Woodstock Avenue, Putnam, CT 06260-1799.The Putnam Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informalities in bidding, when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority. All bid documents must be completely filled in when submitted.A satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
