TOWN OF BLOOMFIELD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #1107 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR BLOOMFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY FACILITIES The Town of Bloomfield is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk for the purpose of construction management services for a new Prosser Library and addition and renovation of McMahon Wintonbury Library. All Construction Manager firms submitting proposals must be pre-qualified as a Construction Manager at Risk (Group B) as defined in the CT DAS Contractor Classification List. Submittal requirements may be found on the Town’s website, www.bloomfieldct.gov. All responses must be received by 1:00 PM on September 10, 2021 to be considered.
