Request for Proposals for Educational Building & Facilities Study PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF CHESTER, DEEP RIVER, ESSEX, REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT #4, AND THE SUPERVISION DISTRICT, Deep River, Connecticut are requesting proposals from Educational Consultant & Architectural/Engineering Firms to conduct a comprehensive study of their buildings and facilities.
