East Longmeadow Designer RFS Newspaper Ad Town of East Longmeadow, MA Request for Proposals Designer Services East Longmeadow High School Project The Town of East Longmeadow, MA, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 7c, Section 44, is seeking the services of qualified firms to perform complete design and construction administration services for the design of the East Longmeadow High School. Scope of services includes a Feasibility Study, through Schematic Design. Designer’s contract may be amended to include design development, construction contract documents, bidding, award of construction contract(s), construction administration, final closeout and warranty. The anticipated construction cost is $ 80,000,000 – $100,000,000. The Designer fee will be negotiated. Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at the East Longmeadow Public Schools Central Office located at 180 Maple Street, East Longmeadow, MA, 01028. The Designer Request for Services (RFS) will be available at the East Longmeadow Public Schools Central Office located at 180 Maple Street, East Longmeadow, MA, 01028 and electronically on the East Longmeadow Public Schools website on January 26, 2022.
