INVITATION TO BID BILLERICA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS FIRE HYDRANTS Sealed bids for DPW GOODS – FIRE HYDRANTS will be received by the Town of Billerica, through the office of the Director of Public Works, Department of Public Works, 365 Boston Road, Billerica, Massachusetts, 01821-1892, Room G-8. on: Wednesday November 10, 2021, at 10:30 AM And at the time indicated, be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked: SEALED BID – DPW FIRE HYDRANTS. Required bid documents may be picked up at the Director of Public Works’ office, Room G11, 365 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01821-1892 after October 19, 2021, excluding holidays. The successful bidder shall conform to the Classifications and Minimum Wage Rates, when applicable, as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Bidders shall conform to all specifications and shall use the bid sheets provided for submittal. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portion thereof if it is in the best interest f the Town to do so. All proposals are subject to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Labor and Industry Rates, EEOC Regulations, and MGL Chapter 30B and Chapter 30, Section 39M, where applicable.
