LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NEW FENCING & TREE REMOVAL The Stratford Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: New Fencing & Tree Removal at Shiloh Gardens Apartments located in Stratford, CT. Bids will be received until December 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Administrative Office of the Housing Authority of the Town of Stratford, 295 Everett Street, Stratford, CT 06615. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through will be held on November 29, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shiloh Gardens Apartments located at 175 Henry Avenue, Stratford, CT 06615. Contract documents, including plans and specifications, can be viewed online, and purchased from DigiPrint’s website beginning November 22, 2021. (Visit www.digiprintplanroom.com.) A five percent (5%) bid security (Over $25K ONLY) and one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond (Over $100K ONLY) are required. Bidders will note requirements of minimum wage rates, nondiscrimination / equal opportunity rules (Executive Order 11246) and related provisions listed in the general conditions. No bid shall be withdrawn for ninety (90) days. Complete bidding requirements are stated in the contract documents.
