NOTICE TO BIDDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Hempstead Sanitary District No. 7 will receive sealed bids for the provision of 10,000 Brute Rubbermaid brand, 25 gallon blue waste cans with recycling logo, without lid. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Town of Hempstead Sanitary District No, 7, 90 Mott Street, Oceanside, New York 11572, PRIOR TO 11:00 AM eastern standard time, on April 9, 2021 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read and the contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable.
Bids may be mailed or delivered to the District Clerk, Town of Hempstead Sanitary District No. 7, 90 Mott Street, Oceanside, New York 11572. All bids must be sealed and submitted in a closed envelope. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the District Clerk, Town of Hempstead Sanitary District No, 7, 90 Mott Street, Oceanside, New York 11572. All Bidder’s must complete all documents contained in the bid package.

A bidder/Proposal submitted by a bidder who is not in full compliance, The District will not accept bids from, nor award a Contract to, any entity who cannot prove to the satisfaction of the District that the bidder has sufficient experience and/or is financially able and organized to successfully comply with the requirements set forth herein.
