NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Copiague Union Free School District is issuing this RFP #21/22-004 – ATHLETIC TRAINER for the 2021-2022 school year, with the option to extend such Agreement for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. You are invited to submit proposals in accordance with this RFP.
Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M. on May 24, 2021 Attention: Jeffrey T. White, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations, Copiague Union Free School District, 2650 Great Neck Road, Copiague, New York 11726. Specifications may be obtained at the same office beginning on May 10, 2021, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept any part of any proposal as submitted, or as modified, which in the opinion of the undersigned will be in the best interests of the Copiague UFSD.
