NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
Pursuant to Resolution adopted by the Town Board, the Town of Babylon Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will received sealed proposals for
RFP NO. 21G59, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FORENGINEERING, DESIGN, BID PHASE, INSPECTION,
OBSERVATION, AND CONSTRUCTION
until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, JULY 22, 2021 Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York 11757 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. The proposal may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Proposals will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m. on the date of the opening. NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE GRANTED. Bidding and contract documents may be obtained from the Town of Babylon Purchasing Department website at https://bidsapp.townofbabylon.com on and after 9:00 AM on THURSDAY, JULY 1, 2021.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.The Town of Babylon encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in all Town bids.ONE ORIGINAL AND SIX (6) COPIES OF THE PROPOSAL MUST BE DELIVERED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE AND RECEIVED BY THE COMMISSIONER OF GENERAL SERVICES NO LATER NO THAN 10:00 A.M. ON THURSDAY, JULY 22, 2021THIS PROJECT SHALL BE FUNDED IN PART WITH FUNDS THROUGH THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT(ARPA). ALL PROPOSERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULALATIONS SET FORTH IN BY ARPA.
