The North Hempstead Housing Authority (NHHA) and North Hempstead Housing Development Incorporated invite sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide ongoing Construction Services for window replacement of all exterior windows at Housing Authority apartments when they are vacated and between tenancies at Manhasset Valley Residence.
