NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The TOWN OF BABYLON Commissioner of General Services will receive sealed proposals for
BID #22G01
S.T.O.P PROGRAM; COLLECTION & DISPLOSAL OF HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE
until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, JANUARY 20, 2022, at the Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. No bids will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages; all proposals are to be submitted intact.
The contract documents may be obtained on and after, FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2022 at the Town of Babylon website, www.townofbabylon.com.

The Town of Babylon’s HHW program may be funded in part with a grant from the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation.
SPECIAL NOTE: The successful proposer will be required to comply with all NYSDEC requirements. Proposers must comply with any and all funding agency requirements, as well as any other State, County, Town or local government or agency rules and regulations.
The successful bidder will be required to submit, within 10 days of notice of award, a properly executed Performance Bond in the amount of $50,000.00.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The Town encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate.
