The TOWN OF BABYLON Commissioner of General Services will receive sealed proposals for

until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, APRIL 7, 2022 at the Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. No bids will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages; all proposals are to be submitted intact.
The contract documents may be obtained at the Town of Babylon website, www.townofbabylon.com on or after, 9:00 am, THURSDAY, MARCH 24, 2022.
NOTE: AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM APPROVED BY THE NYS DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRIME CONTRACTS, OVER $250,000.00 AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUB CONTRACTORS FOR ALL TRADES NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE WORK. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT, MAY BE CAUSE FOR YOUR BID TO BE REJECTED.
