The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting quotations for equipment and services to deploy a cable camera in the paddock area of the Saratoga Race Course located in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
Following the successful deployment of a cable camera during the 2022 summer race meeting, NYRA is seeking to replicate the experience for the Summer of 2023. The camera will be used outdoors from 12 PM to 7 PM daily during the months of July, August, and September.
Delivery and installation of the equipment must be completed by July 1, 2023. NYRA is seeking quotations from qualified vendors who can provide the equipment and installation services while maintaining the safety protocols and delivering a new perspective of the historical paddock without disrupting racing services before each race.
M/W/DBE participation is encouraged.
