Ector County will accept sealed Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) for the following: Architectural Services.
RFQs will be evaluated using the following criteria: Firm
Qualifications; Technical Qualifications; Prequalification, and
Prequalification Considerations.
Specifications on the above may be obtained at the Ector
County Purchasing Department, Room 110, at 1010 E. 8th
Street, Odessa, Texas 79761; or on the Ector County website
http://www.co.ector.tx.us/page/ector.Bids or upon request by
e-mail to Patricia Leon at patricia.leon@ectorcountytx.gov.
Ector County Commissioners Court reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all RFQs.
The County of Ector does not discriminate on the basis of race,

Sealed RFQs must be sent to the attention of the Ector County
Purchasing Agent, Lucy Soto, 1010 E. 8th Street, Room 110,
Odessa, Texas 79761, on or before 3:00PM (CST), May 21,
2021.
The RFQs will be opened on the same date at 3:00PM in
the Commissioners Courtroom, Room 120, Ector County
Courthouse Annex, 1010 E. 8th Street, Odessa, Texas 79761.
