LEGAL NOTICE LAWN MOWING AND TRIMMING FOR 2021 WEEKLY OR AS NEEDED The Town of Hurley will be receiving Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for mowing and trimming two (2) parcels in the Town of Hurley. RFPs are to be received by 12:00 PM on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Town Hall 10 Wamsley Place, Hurley, NY 12443. Please price each parcel separately on a per time basis. Mowing is based on an as needed basis. Normal and wet periods may need to be mowed weekly. Dryer periods may only need bi-weekly mowing. (A) West Hurley Park – Entrance to Park, Ball Field, Playground, Trimming around the Building. Tennis Court Area, Park Entrance to Tennis Court Along Road Mow and Trim (B) Old Hurley Historic Cemetery off Main Street-Mow & Trim Depot Street Strip to Rail Trail-Mow & Trim Town Hall -Mow & Trim Ribbon Park -Area Between Parking Lot and Wynkoop Road to Route 209 Mow & Trim Rail Trail from Gazebo/Bike Rack to North End of Guiderail at Bridge (includes trees, guiderails, signs and abutments) – Trim Only Grass area east of Russell Rd Parking Lot- Mow & Trim Southern Parking Lot Entrance and Guiderail – Mow and Trim **Priority Weekends include Memorial Day, Rail Trail Day, July 4th, Stone House Day, Corn and Craft Festival and Labor Day.
